Hi! I'm Dowzer! Dowzer came to us after being found as a stray that was never claimed. We believe he was born in September of 2019, and would do well with all ages. Dowzer is a sweet guy that enjoys walks, car rides, and any attention he can get! He may do well with other animals if properly introduced. At the time of his neuter ( Mid June 2023 ) he weighed in at 20 pounds. Dowzer may need a slight refresher course on potty training in his new home while he is learning a new routine. He is looking forward to having a home and family to call his very own again! All pets adopted from the Humane Society of Freeborn County will be spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, testing and will be microchipped. All of this is included in their adoption fee. They will need this time to decompress, and adjust to a new routine and environment. During that time we will provide check ins and counseling to ensure a successful transition. Zuzu is a sweet and spunky girl who is always in a great mood! She is very treat motivated and loves going on walks. Zuzu is cuddly and easy-going. She gets along great with other dogs and would love another dog in the home and/or be adopted with her best friend Delilah! They came together and we would love to see them be adopted together! INTRODUCING...BLUE! Blue is a 1-2 yr old solid blue Persian. He is fully vetted (neutered, fiv/felv negative, microchipped, vaccinated, etc) and is ready for his forever home. Blue was owner surrendered after his owner had to enter hospice. ? Blue is initially a little shy. But once he trusts you, Blue LOVES you!! He is extremely sweet, affectionate, and interactive. He likes to be held - he tucks his face into your neck & just purrs away. Blue came from a home that had other cats & dogs. I think he'd be good with older children too. Blue does need daily zyrtec & eye cleaning. He also has the "cotton candy" coat common in blues - so will need frequent combing. He is definitely a higher maintenance cat! Adoption fee - $400.
