Meet Wilma and Betty! ?
These two incredible one-year-old sisters have been through quite the journey together, and now they're ready to embark on their next adventure: finding a forever home where they can stay together!
Wilma and Betty's story begins in a challenging situation - they were discovered in a foreclosed home along with over 80 other cats (and they were abandoned for at least 5 months). Despite their rough start, these resilient sisters have made incredible progress.
Wilma is an absolute sweetheart who will steal your heart in an instant. She's the epitome of adorable, with her affectionate nature and charming quirks. When she's not busy demanding pets (and trust us, she will demand them when she warms up to you!), she loves nothing more than showing off her belly and toes, all while rolling over to make sure you give her the love she deserves. And if that's not enough, she'll even greet you at the door with a cheerful chirp, ready to brighten your day.
But Wilma isn't just all about herself - she's also incredibly caring towards her sister, Betty. You'll often find her showering Betty with kisses and cuddles, providing comfort and reassurance during their journey to recovery. And when Wilma senses Betty feeling nervous, she's right there by her side, offering support and encouragement every step of the way.
As for Betty, she may be a bit more reserved, but her gentle spirit shines through, nonetheless. Despite arriving underweight and understandably wary of humans, she's been making progress in adjusting to her new surroundings and trusting people again. She finds solace in cozy spots like their cat tree and cherishes the kisses and cuddles she receives from her beloved sister. She also loves to roam around and play with her sister Wilma in the evening.
Together, Wilma and Betty make the perfect pair - each complementing the other in their own unique way. They've faced adversity head-on and emerged stronger.
Now, all they need is a patient and loving forever family who will continue to nurture their growth and provide them with the love and security they deserve. Wilma will open up to you right away and help encourage Betty over time. And it will take time for Betty to feel safe and comfortable, but once she does, she has lots of love to give!
Wilma and Betty would do best with no dogs in the house. While they get along with other cats, they would prefer to be the only animals, so they can be more comfortable.
They would thrive in a home where they can slowly acclimate to their surroundings, especially with the support of older children only who can provide a calm and patient environment, allowing Betty the space she needs to feel secure and comfortable.
If you're ready to open your heart and home to these sweet sisters, get in touch today and let Wilma and Betty show you the true meaning of unconditional love and companionship. They can't wait to meet their forever family and start their happily ever after, together. ???
