Spot received her creative name from one of our animal control officers. She was absolutely emaciated when she first turned up as a stray at our shelter. Since then, she has blossomed and gained weight. She has also been spayed and had her rabies shot and been dewormed. Spot is a sweet old soul. She loves food and treats and gets along great with other dogs. We don’t really know about her with cats or other animals, but she seems to be a gentle girl and we would be surprised if she did not get along with them. She would no doubt be good with children as well. Spot would be a low maintenance companion for any kind of household where she can be comfortable, have a warm bed, and have regular meals. Have you ever wanted to own a Picasso? Here is your chance! Stormy is such an elegant little lady, she looks like a classic line drawing. She is a demure and polite houseguest in her foster home, who has perfect litter box habits and loves to explore and roam but hasn't chewed a thing (besides her toys, which she loves). She is learning to trust people and approach for pets. She has the softest satin fur! In the evenings, she gives amazing binky performances (and might be a former ballerina trapped in a rabbit body). She deserves a wonderful home befitting a little work of art!

Alexander
His name is Alexander (Alex) and was named after Alexander The Great because he was first born. Alex is 7 months old and is black with white on his head, chest, and paws. Alex is a very playful and smiley boy who loves attention, belly rubs and treats. He also loves crinkly and plushy toys with squeakers. He knows basic commands and is crate trained. He is also not fully potty trained. Alex does like to have his alone time from his other siblings but we think this is due to the chaos and wildness of playtime. Cleo(Mom) has the Pitbull chicken and grain allergy so we feed Alex and all the pups Sweet Potato and Salmon Simply Nourish.
Alex has shown resource guarding with food and toys but we do not know if this is due to competition with littermates or if this is a behavioral trait( We have had adopted pups displaying certain behaviors with us and display the opposite behaviors at their new homes; i.e. wild and talkative at our house then they're quiet and more timid in their new homes).
Alex is up to date on all his shots and has a good bill of health. However, 3 months ago Alex was limping on his left front leg and after a couple of vet visits - the Dr. informed us he has elbow dysplasia in his left front elbow and will require surgery eventually(recommended within the next year). They said he was most likely born with it 🙁 . We have all the paperwork and documentation of his medical records from his first check up (8 weeks old) to present day.

Bacari
Bacari is an adorable middle aged, litter-box trained gentleman looking for someone to give him the special care he deserves! Bacari will melt your heart when he curls up in the cutest positions for naps or when he hangs out with his catnip banana toy. When he is feeling cuddly, he will nap right next to you or on you. Bacari is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day and must eat prescription diabetic food. He accepts his insulin shots without a fuss. He also takes a pill three days a week to manage colitis and will happily swallow it in a pill pocket. Yes this fella is food motivated! At 10 years old, Bacari is still very playful and loves his cat dancer wire toy. He also likes getting brushed, especially if he can rub his face and chin on the bristles for a good scratch (see his video!). Bacari has not lived with other pets and would be best as the only cat in the home. He would be happy with an experienced cat owner without kids who can read his body language. Sometimes he will scratch/swipe if annoyed (e.g. too much petting). He prefers his watching-out-the-window thinking time and couch meditations to be undisturbed. Bacari was born around Aug 2012.

SADI and her sister UTA were at a rescue is San Bernardino, California. Unfortunately, the owners of the rescue passed away due to COVID. We were asked to help and we rescue them.
SADI is a laid back and at the same time she will bolt into her "zoomies" She likes toys, the cat tree and treats! You can pick her up and she will give you love and loud purrs. All she wants is a nice lap and ALOT of love! She does this very silly "stretch" when you pet her. She will stretch out her paw and just leave it like that. She is so very silly!! We think she is a precious little female! She loves to rub against you and follow you around, She's a PEACH!!
SADI is DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / TORTISHELL MIX. She is over a year old. She is good with cats and non-reactive to with dogs. She has never been around children.

APRIL 2023: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is at 4 pm - 9 pm. Another set of volunteers are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.
The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.
