Kash, along with his siblings, ended up at Fredericksburg Animal Control due to owner surrender. Oliver (aka Gilligan) came to us from the Imperial Valley of CA when he ended up in a high kill shelter and was saved by the Humane Society there. He had infected "boy bits" but after getting neutered he has recovered completely. He also got a dental cleaning during that procedure so is now completely caught up on vet needs. He is a really loving boy and has a very nice temperament! He loves scratches, going for walkies and is very friendly with people and other dogs. When foster mom is home he notifies that he needs out (potty) though when she is at work he has had some accidents. He is doing great at learning the dog door and almost has it figured out! Introducing Ducky! Ducky is an adorable heeler mix puppy with speckles all over. At around 4 months old, she weighs about 17 lbs. Despite being an amazing pup who gets along well with other dogs and loves people, she spent 55 days at Fredericksburg animal control with no one taking notice of her. The staff couldn't understand why she kept getting passed by. Now with us we are on the mission to find her the forever home she deserves!

Guinness is 12 pounds of forgiveness. He could not see when he arrived at the Martinez shelter and he had colonies of fleas living under years of matted hair (check out that last pic of him). His first two years of life have been nothing but torment. He is loving and snuggly and as far as we can tell, housebroken. He gets along well with all dogs and humans, not sure about kids and cats but he doesn’t have prey drive with other animals. He just wants a home, a lap, a life worth living.
