Meet Anthony and Timothy, a bonded pair of tabby brothers! They are approximately 10 weeks old. They were found on the street trying to eat roadkill. They put up quite a protest to being caught, but have adjusted to their lifestyle improvement and Babycat food pretty happily. They have short brown, black, and tan fur with enchanting white socks. Anthony has a darker stripe on his back to make telling them apart a bit easier. Timothy is a little more reserved, while Anthony seeks petting, but they both have loud purr motors when they are being held together. They don’t like to be apart and worry when they can’t see each other. They have a lot of fun with wand toys, little mice rattles, and tinkle balls. They also like climbing. Together, they’ll make an adorable edition to your household, bringing love, joy, playfulness, and cuddles. What Anthony and Timothy are looking for in a home: - They want to stay together forever and must be adopted as a pair. - They’re new to indoor life with humans, so they need a kind and patient guide to help them continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers can make them nervous. - They’ll need extra time and TLC to build trust. Especially Timothy. - They feel at ease in a quiet and calm environment. - They need to live indoors only. - They have a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to their age. - They need children to respect their space. All Alley Cat Projects cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Thank you for your interest in Anthony and Timothy If your household fits the above criteria, you can apply to adopt them by filling out this questionnaire: https://bit.ly/ACPAdoptionForm Only applicants who complete the questionnaire will be considered. Alley Cat Project rescues feral cats, primarily through "TNR" (Trap-Neuter-Return). Occasionally, the feral cats cannot be returned to the site where they were previously living and must be relocated. We prefer that they go to indoor-only "mouser" type of working homes like warehouses, large shops, Industrial settings, etc., where they can perform an organic rodent control service for you, without being exposed to hazards outdoors. We have placed many cats in settings of this type with great success. The cats will typically be very shy and seldom seen at first. They may gain trust and confidence over time and become more friendly. Typically, they hide during the day and come out at night to patrol for rodents. They are not aggressive, unless cornered and force to be handled against their will. They use litter boxes. They are very little trouble. Do you have a work setting as described above, where these "working cats" can have a home? If you do, please respond to this posting with a little bit of information about where you are located, and what the setting/situation there is like. Thank you! View full description »
