Willow gave birth to 9 ADORABLE puppies each a unique blend of breed, personality and charm. The puppies appear to have a mix of several breeds, Australian Shepard, Border Collie, Great Pyrenees, Labrador and who really knows what else. Some were brindle with wiry hair and others sporting the markings as in the breed's mentioned above. Despite the differences in appearance, they shared one thing in common, they were HEALTHY, CURIOUS, PLAYFUL and dearly loved by their mother. We think mom is Vizsla and Black Mouth Cur. The homeowner's noticed Willow's presence under the boat could not ignore the quiet plea in her eyes so they began feeding and giving her water speaking soft, kind words to her. Finally rescue placed her puppies in a transport van and Willow stepped right on up the steps and as it is said, "a new beginning to life has just happened." All the babies and mom were infested with fleas and filthy--after all they were born in the dirt. They were all bathed and treated for intestinal parasites and are HAPPY, HEALTHY and TOTALLY ADORABLE, PLAYFUL babies at their new foster home. Willow has now realized that all humans are not mean, and she gives kisses and loves affection. Willow and the babies now spend their days in comfort and playing with toys and getting lots of love and anything else they may need. Willow's puppies are growing and will be ready for their new homes very soon. While the mystery of the puppy's father's will never be solved its apparent, they are the CUTEST ever and will all need loving homes! Odie is as smart as he is handsome. Those long floppy ears are an added bonus. He loves playing with his foster siblings and also the kids in his foster home. He gets along well with everyone he meets and has been around all types of livestock and does well with them also. He loves bones and his ball. In true hound dog fashion he always has his nose to the ground when he goes for walks. He is working on his potty training and catches on quickly to anything introduced to him. He will make a great new family member for any family. Odie came to us when he was found all alone, hungry,walking down a dark lonely backroad. Presumably dumped there. He was found by one of our fosters who immediately took him home and started the process to get him ready for adoption. He is now looking for the safe, loving, forever family that he deserves. Chile is a big cuddler who is a whopping 43 pounds of pure love! He was an owner surrender from an unwanted litter of puppies, and his previous owner said he was ten months old. We rescued him from the high kill shelter where he was left. I don’t know how you raise a puppy from birth and then leave it a shelter where the odds are it will not get out alive. Chile beat the odds and we are determined to make sure he has a safe forever family. He has been well behaved and gets along with all of the other foster dogs.
