Hello there, I'm Tangerine! I am an all orange tabby, with a plush medium coat, I was born on a sunny day, on August 10th, 2024. I share my birthday with my sibling, Apricot. We're quite the pair, you know. I'm a sweet, brave, and playful kitten, always ready for a game of chase or a gentle cuddle. My energy knows no bounds, but I also have my quiet moments. I'm just as content to sit by your side, purring softly, as I am darting after a toy mouse. I'm looking for a forever home where I can share all my love and energy. I love other cats, am great with dogs, and even like kids as young as 2 years old. I am litterbox trained and dont mind my nails being trimmed, What is there not to like about me? If accepted, you will hear from us within 72 hours. You will have the opportunity to ask questions before you meet the pet; an adoption may or may not happen at that time.
We do adopt outside the Yakima area IF you are able to come to Yakima to pick up your adopted pet. We do not have a kennel facility; all of our pets are in foster homes.
Meet/greets and adoptions take place at a site chosen by the adoption coordinator. If the cat you wanted to adopt is no longer available, please fill out an application anyway because adoptions don't always go through and it may be relisted. Your application will be kept on file for 30 days in case you find another pet you'd like to apply for.
The adoption fee covers vaccinations and worming. Flea treatment and veterinary care will be provided if necessary. If you are from out of town you will need a pre-paid spay/neuter receipt from your own veterinarian.
