Meet Titan, a sweet old soul looking for a new place to lay his head. Initially shy boy, after being in foster for 2 weeks, he has been following his people around in the house. Although he is fine with both men & women, he seems to have an eye for the ladies! Titan is in foster with 10-year-old children and is absolutely fine - there's not a single bit of aggression in this boy! He will whine when he needs to be let out for the bathroom. He has gained some weight already and looks healthy! Titan, who is 10 years old and weighs almost 69 pounds, is quiet, house trained and his happy place is laying down and sleeping all day long! Titan is okay with other dogs but he doesn't really want to play with them (no rolling around & roughhousing for him!) but he will wag his tail when other dogs come near though. Titan is looking for a home where he will have his human or humans around most of the time as he doesn't like to be alone. We don't know what his backstory is so perhaps he suffers from fear of abandonment. He is not a fan of being crated either - he just loves the company of his people more than anything. Aspen is very people oriented and just wants petting and love. He would sit by you all day if he could. He is great with other cats but he would also do well alone because he needs people the most. He would be done with one person, or a whole family. He’s just here to be with you. Aspen has blue eyes, and on the edges they are mixed with green. We aren’t sure on his breed but he could be a Maine Coon mix or a Mau mix. Aspen has very mild “chronic snot”. He’s not contagious, it’s just something his body deals with because he came back from near death. It doesn’t bother him and it doesn’t make a mess. Will you be his family? All about Aden:Aden and his sister Avi are two of over a thousand animals in a shelter so far south in Texas that it's less than 30 miles from the border. They have very little chance of being adopted there - but they were so great when Lucky Dog staff met them in the shelter that they deserve to be highlighted in the hope of getting an adopter here! (They are not bonded; separate homes are perfectly fine!) Aden is such a sweetie who is great with all other dogs in playgroup!
