Bill and his brother Max arrived 08/11/2024 as transfers to Pintler Pets from a rescue person in Browning MT. They have been in foster care since then. They are shy and sweet and, will bloom with attention and lots of great experiences. Both are set to be neutered and fully vaccinated on 09/20/2024 after which they can go to their new homes.
All our dogs are spayed/neutered, dewormed, and vaccinated appropriately for their age, including kennel cough (also including rabies if old enough). Puppies (under 6 months) are $275.00; puppies & dogs (6 months to 2 years) are $225.00, dogs (3 years to 6 years) are $200 and senior dogs (7 years or older) are $80.00. Effective 03/15/2024.

This is Simone who is a female Black Lab mix. She is about 5 months old and in the medium size range. Her puppy energy is nicely balanced, and she is both a quiet and courteous pup who is amazingly responsive to the wishes of the human. She enjoys water and playtime!

Lady
Lady and her four beautiful kittens were rescued from a yard in East Nashville in June. She was expected to be a TNR kitty, but she turned out to love the VIP life. Lady loves other cats and would be an amazing companion to a friendly adult cat. She has been inside for only three months of her life, so she is still working on her courage and needs a patient adopter who will give her time to warm up. She is not incredibly shy, however. She joined a dinner party at her foster's house and typically comes to say hello (literally, her chirps sound like "hel-lo!") to new people. She loves to sleep on the bed, look out of windows, and play with feather toys.
All Saving Stevie kitties are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, combo tested, and microchipped. Priority will be given to adopters with a young cat in the home or who are looking to adopt two kitties together.

She is a kitten with a curious and mellow spirit. She's a little shy at first, but don't let that fool you. With a bit of patience, she'll reveal her sweet nature. Bre loves exploring her surroundings, chasing after toys, and finding cozy corners for her catnaps. Her adopters will sign a contract agreeing to have her spayed by 6 months of age. Bre is up to date on her age-appropriate vaccines.

All dogs are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested (if age appropriate), and up-to-date on preventatives at the time of adoption.
An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present to be able to adopt. A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption.
Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. When you visit, our adoption counselors will be able to make suggestions based on the type of pet you are looking for and help you find the best fit for your family.

Willie
Willie is a stunning gray tabby with gorgeous green eyes. He comes with an inspiring story and is a lucky little guy. Willie came to a volunteer's yard and was taken in because he was such a friendly guy. At his vet exam, it was discovered that he had been shot multiple times with a BB gun. Willie needed surgery to remove a few, but a few are too deeply embedded to easily remove. The BBs that remain don't cause him any discomfort and no further surgeries will be needed.
Willie is exceptionally curious and wants to investigate anything new. He is extremely playful and loves any interactive toy, but can entertain himself for hours. Willie loves chin rubs, being brushed and doesn't mind being picked up. He can entertain himself, but he looks forward to playing with wand toys and feathers. One of his favorite things are crinkle tunnels to run through and packing paper. He absolutely goes crazy when wand toys or feathers are put under the tunnel or hidden under paper. Willie is not a lap cat, but he will sit alongside you and he definitely likes to be close by his people.
While Willie is extremely outgoing, friendly and playful, he carries the trauma of being mistreated. Because of this, he needs an experienced family or person. He can be overstimulated and reactive by rough play or handling. We feel older children and adults will recognize this better than young children can, so he will do best in a home without children under 10 or 12 years old. We think Willie would do well with an easy going dog, but he is wary around other cats.
Willie is about a year old, neutered, up to date with yearly vaccinations and negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.
