Rudy is a 1-year-old neutered male Plott Hound mix/Mountain Cur mix who weighs about 45 pounds and is full of energy. He currently lives with a large dog and two small dogs, so he is friendly with all dogs, large and small. Cats are an unknown. He is people friendly, too, and assumed to get along with children because he seems to love everyone. But, because of his activity level, it would be best for him to be homed with older children. He tends to be food aggressive, so he is fed in a crate. Rudy is eager to please and learn, heart worm negative and on preventative, up-to-date on vaccinations, housebroken, and crate trained. Rudy currently lives in Fulton County. Home visit, veterinarian referral, and fenced in yard required.

Finn is dog friendly, although when he went to doggy day care he hid in the corner when there were a lot of dogs. So having one or two doggy siblings would be fine but anymore might overwhelm him. He is not a fan of cats. He does walk well on a leash and likes to go on walks. He is moderate energy- He will do best in an active home, He loves all people once he understands you will not hurt him. He will get skittish around strangers but once he gets to know you he will warm up. We believe he was abused before he found himself in the shelter. He is crate trained although that is not his favorite place to be, he would rather be your shadow and follow his family everywhere. A fenced in yard is preferred for this boy. Tiny Tim is a miracle baby! He is the only survivor of 9 kittens to get distemper. The distemper left him with a neurological problem that causes him to walk a little differently with his back legs. He runs, climbs and plays just like any other cat! The only thing he cannot do is jump. Tiny Tim has no problems using the litter box. This guy was born in 2019. Buck has stolen all of our hearts. He always appears to be smiling and literally gives hugs. He is a 60 pound ball of joy! Buck has tons of energy and just wants to be where the action is. He does well with most other dogs, but prefers to be the only dog in the home. Buck is house and leash trained and LOVES going for walks. He is also very good at entertaining himself with a good bone and he loves to lay on his bed with his blankets. They were returned after finding living with a toddler too stressful. Both are sweet and love to cuddle with their foster mom any time she lays down. Sunny is big, calm, and loves chasing bugs that are unfortunate enough to get inside the house! He loves laser pointers and the chance to hunt anything he can find so no small animals! Archie is a little more shy, but has the sweetest meow when he wants attention and will stay where his human is. That is, when he’s not chasing Sunny around the house. Both boys are okay with other calm, female cats as well as calm dogs, but also wouldn’t mind a place to themselves. Please no young children!
