He's okay being the only dog but he would love a friend! He doesn't react to other dogs or humans he sees on walks. He would do best in a home with someone who is at home a lot! he is good with apartment living or a house and walks well in the leash. His foster family says he's very quiet and rarely barks! Aspen is approximately 2yo dark grey and white husky. She is spayed, up to date on Rabies and DHPP Vaccines, microchipped, and tested for heartworm and tick borne diseases. Don't let those big beautiful blue eyes pull you in unsuspecting, she is as smart as a whip, and ready to train you to her will, lol. Aspen appears to be dog friendly, is tolerant of the teenagers we've sacrificed to her, but we unfortunately don't have any cat tokens to test out... if you are husky experienced, it's not typically a match. This incredibly sweet little girl is as gentle as can be, will seriously allow us to put pills down her throat, and always ends our interactions with the most gentle kisses. When outside playing, in true husky form, she's assessing her perimeter, ensuring gates are secured, and making sure you are keeping her safe. Aspen arrived at Animal Control as a stray, previous owners are cowards who couldn't be bothered with her, but thought their final goodbye would be stealing her past. Please pray for Karma, we do. In true husky fashion, she will show them, as she has tasked us with finding her the very best furrrever home. Which is now our plan.
