Location: Mankato, MN Meet Cabana, aka Annie, aka Annie Cabanny! She's the BEST girl. Annie came to us very scared, seemingly never been allowed indoors. It's been amazing to watch her come out of her shell and learn how to be a dog and have fun! Annie always greets us with happy tail wags and big kisses. She loves to cuddle on the couch and play with our dog (also from the reservation, adopted from Rescue Network), she likes to walk up to him and boop him on the face. She's very gentle with our young kids and will give them kisses. She's still learning how loud kids can be, and she doesn't seem to like my 2 year old's harmonica serenades, but I don't blame her for that! 🙂 She'll typically just sits next to me on the couch and give me the "please save me look when that happens! She does well in her crate overnight, but is still learning to potty outside and walk on leash. She is making great progress in both! I get along with everyone (even my foster cats, who I want to play with me, but they prefer to be snobby. That's okay, I can respect that and do my own thing). Meesha was found outside behind an A/C unit at an apartment complex. She was such a tiny kitten, she needed to be properly cared for. A Classy Cats volunteer alerted us to her dire situation! She was quickly placed in a foster home. She's bigger and now is ready for a real home to call her very own! Meesha is busy little girl who can entertain herself for a good while, but also loves playing and chasing with other kittens. She's not particular about toys; in fact, her favorite is a simple ball with a bell inside. Naps are often taken in a nice cat bed or perched on a cat tree.
