Sammy*

Sammy is a very chill 3 and a half year old Flemish giant. This beautiful 12 pound boy likes a calm environment indoors. He is fine with dogs as long as they don't try to chase him. He enjoys hanging out with you on your outdoor deck, especially when there is a safe place to hide. He also likes to lay down behind furniture. He is free roam during the day with some supervision and in a pen at night. Like many rabbits, Sammy will dig in the carpet if he has the opportunity. Sammy uses a litterbox. He will occasionally pee and poop outside the box to make a statement when he acting out or locked up. He acts like a dog sometimes. He was 8 months old when he arrived and had not been handled much. As a result, like many rabbits, he doesn't like to be held or picked up. However, a person is able to clip his nails without assistance once they are able to pick him up. Sammy does not eat hay. He LOVES bananas. He enjoys romaine lettuce at night and rabbit granola balls bought from Amazon. He eats Purina Complete Rabbit food and his favorite toys are cardboard and plastic toys to throw. If you are interested in meeting him, please contact crabby73@verizon.net. Sammy currently lives in Bel Air, MD. INDOOR HOMES ONLY!!! Hyetta A167953

Hyetta A167953 39 lb. spayed female, approx 3 years old - Pretty chill girl who loves to snuggle and get belly rubs! - She also shows tiny moments of playfulness with little zoomies - She sits and takes treats gently, but didn’t eat any of them - Not interested in toys at the moment - Very sweet and affectionate - Kiss giver - Great on walks - Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper intros Unknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids. To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Zip

Hi there! I’m Zip! I’m a fairly quiet guy who’s lookin’ for love in all the wrong places. I like to check in with you from time to time just to see what you’re up to and to perhaps get a couple scratches and pets.  I’m curious and friendly, and I get along with everyone! I’ll trot right up to you like a dog for some cuddles! I love to snuggle and sleep with you. I’ll pop in to say ‘hi’ periodically before going about my daily business, and I just really enjoy being with my people. I love to play and chase my siblings, we really love the nightly kitten stampede that goes on here in my foster home on a regular basis! I have been raised with lots of other kitties! I’m what you call a “low maintenance cat." I’d be good for newer cat owners, and we can grow together. I have never been dog or kid tested, but I think, with my outgoing nature, that I would probably do alright with the proper introduction.  I’m still looking for my perfect forever home, and I know I’ll know right away when the perfect people come my way!
