Misty and Aldine

Misty and Aldine are extremely bonded. These girls must be adopted together. They have been through quite a bit in their short lives and need to know the other is near. They are approx. 2-3 years old but not siblings. They were brought into foster and stayed together. Their foster mom passed away and after a bit of chaos they were brought into foster with us. They are good with other cats and adjusting to the dogs in the home, but not yet integrated. They are always sleeping side by side. A calm quiet secure environment is key to making these girls thrive in a new forever home. Patience to let them to adjust is a must. Misty used to wait by the door to greet people as they came in on her cat stand. We want to see her confident enough to do that again! Aldine loves windows and bird watching. Misty loves to rub on your hand and get pet, Aldine is still hesitant and allows pets on her back only. Once they are adjusted to a new home they will be able to relax and be the loving girls that once again know they are there to stay.

Venice

Venice | Boxer & Mastiff Mix | DOB: 7/26/2024 | Dog, Cat & Kid Friendly | Venice is an adorable puppy with a heart full of love. Her mom is a Mastiff and her dad was likely a Boxer, as her features definitely reflect that playful boxer charm. This sweet girl loves nothing more than curling up in your lap, soaking up all the affection she can get. Venice is currently working on potty and crate training, and she's making great progress! She gets along great with dogs, cats, and children, making her the perfect family companion. Venice is undergoing evaluation for seizure activity, and her probable diagnosis is juvenile epilepsy. Potential adopters should be prepared for long-term seizure management. We're more than happy to discuss her needs and any questions you may have. If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this sweet girl, Venice can’t wait to meet you!

Sylvester

Sylvester – my handsome tux! This 3 year old guy has no idea what has happened this past year! He was being fostered and really coming around. Came out to meet the girls feeding when his foster mom was in hospital. After she suddenly passed away I went to help catch the cats in house. He was scared, but even though he did not know me, let me pick him up and put right in carrier even with all the craziness. He went to a temporary foster who did not confine him at first so he went into hiding mode. By the time we found another place for him he had reverted back to being too scared to enjoy the petting he had originally allowed. He is doing much better know, but hesitant to trust. Once he does he’s a very loving boy and the purrs are your first reward. He LOVES meeting other cats and is very curious about dogs at his foster home. I truly have a soft spot for this guy. He wants to be comfortable enough to get the attention he craves but needs time to feel secure. He would be best in an adult household and a calmer environment. His new person needs the patience to let him adjust slowly and I am certain he will be a wonderful companion if given the right tools to succeed. I would be here to help guide you through the adjustment process. We want all animals and pet owners to be happy ♥ If you are looking for limitless love – Sylvester just may be your match! All cats are neutered/spayed, FIV/FELV tested, up to date on vaccines and microchipped prior to adoption.

Dexter

Name: Dexter Age: 5 Months Favorite Activity: I really love to follow my foster sister around and my foster mom; you never know what I could miss! I am very shy so I like to be in whatever room they are in so I can be where the action is. Hobbies: Looking out the window! There is so much going on outside! I love to play with toy mice too! Fun Habits: Have you ever seen in the cartoons when the animals’ legs move really fast but they do not anywhere? Well, I do that! I live in a house with wood floors, so I run in place a LOT! Favorites: Kitty treats! Please note that Dexter is very shy and needs someone who will have patience, he has a big heart and loud purr. He needs to be in a home that is not loud and that has other kitties. He would not be good with kids due to this. Once you give him love, he is very sweet. -- Dexter has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Dexter is not yet neutered but will be neutered and microchipped as part of the adoption fee. All cats have had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer and treated for fleas and ear mites if needed. If you are interested in meeting Dexter, please go to our website and fill out a cat application. https://www.therescuepack.org/cat-adoption-application
