Boomer aka Mr. Cuddle bug

Hello! My name is Boomhauer! You can call me Boom, Boomer, Hauer or Good Boy! I was rescued from an overcrowded TX kill shelter and boy and I'm thankful! I'm getting up to date on my vet care, neutered and treated for heartworm and I will be ready for adoption soon! I have a lot of love left to give and just need a person or family to choose me! I'm a perfect age for any person or family, about 7-8 years old, weighing in at 66 lbs of sunny cuddle bug. I love people, have a nice moderate energy level and am very snuggly and honestly starved for love. Since I am a little older, it's likely I may be potty trained with only a small learning curve, with the perfect energy level for all ages of adopter! (though you have to watch out for my hugs as they can knock you right over!). The outside world is still just a little scary to me so I can be hesitant at times but with your love, patience and kindness, I will be feeling safe in no time! I also passed my cat test! So you if you have room in your heart for a young at heart boy like me with a smile that will light up your world, choose me! Rescue Coop saves pups from high kill shelters or extreme neglect situations and transports them nationwide to approved adopters. In one year, we have saved 200 pups and transported them to over 12 states. Including near you! Our adoption fee is only $175 and all of our pups are up to date on all vet care, spay or neutered when age appropriate, microchipped and this also includes transport to you! Unfortunately we are unable to do meet and greets but our adoption coordinators strive to make perfect matches! Our application is at RescueCoop.Org under Services if you'd like to apply!

Canolli

Hi! My name is Canolli! I am pretty new at the kennel and the staff/volunteers are still getting to know me, but here is some basic information: I'm about 2 years old and weigh 59 lbs. I am sweet, happy and playful! I am looking for my forever home so if you think I may be your new best friend, please visit the website to request a meet: www.tinyurl.com/meetacitydog Visit: 9203 Detroit Avenue Cleveland, OH 44102 Fee: $61 | Includes spay/neuter, shots, microchip, license, The CITY DOGS mission is to increase adoptions from the City Kennel by changing the image of the pit bulls who make up the majority of the kennel population, by preparing all adoptable dogs in the kennel for lives in loving homes and by creating as many opportunities as possible for the public to meet and get to know our dogs for the terrific pets they are meant to be. Our Adoption Process... Here's a little about how things work: All of the CITY DOGS posted for adoption are available for direct adoption from the kennel, unless noted otherwise. You must schedule a meet with a dog in advance - we are not currently accepting walk-ins. Please look online first to see if there are any dogs you think would be a good fit for your home before scheduling a meet. To get the process started, visit www.tinyurl.com/meetacitydog and fill out the form. One of our adoption counselors will get in touch to schedule and confirm your meet! At the kennel, an adoption counselor will introduce you and your family to the adoptable dogs, share information we know about them, and discuss our suggested ways for successfully integrating a new dog into your home. You are welcome to meet multiple dogs. If the dog you adopt is already fixed, he or she may leave with you that day - otherwise, the dog can go home after receiving the spay or neuter surgery.) About Our Dogs: All available dogs have gone through a behavioral and medical assessment. This assessment is a snapshot of who the dog is at that given time. We cannot make any guarantees with regard to behavior, temperament or health of any City Dog once they are in the home. Most of our dogs are picked up as strays, so we do not know what kind of home environment they were living in (i.e. with kids, other dogs or other cats), nor do we know if most of them are house trained. Everything we know about them is based on volunteer and staff observations. We do have some dogs in foster homes, where they will have more information about how the dog is in a home environment. It is very hard to tell with certainty whether or not a dog will be good with kids, cats or another dog. If you have kids in the home or another dog, we do require that they be present for a meet and greet with the dog you are considering for adoption. Heath/Vaccinations: Dogs that are adopted directly from the kennel need to go to your personal vet within two weeks of leaving the kennel. All dogs receive their DAPPL, Rabies, and Bordatella vaccines, though you may be required to get follow up boosters. All dogs come microchipped and with a Cuyahoga County license.

Aster

This is a courtesy post and the adopter should confirm all details with the owner. This is what his caretaker has to say about this beautiful boy: Aster is a big black cat that was abandoned or lost by his previous owners. He stayed on our porch all winter but it is clear that he now loves house living! He has excellent litter box manners, and is sure a goofy boy! He loves to play with toys and strings, and chase his tail. But his favorite part of the day is going to bed with his people! It makes him very happy! His caretake believes he would be fine as an only cat, and may prefer that, as he does not get along very well with the resident kitties. He has been fine with the resident dogs, and should be fine with careful introduction to other dogs. He has not been around small children. He is estimated by the vet to be 2-3 years old. He has a cute little meow, which does not match his big bulky size! He has the a big blocky face which is pretty cool, kind of like a retired football player! Aster is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is outgoing and sweet and can't wait for a home and people to call his own! HIs adoption fee is waived by his caretaker, but the usual adoption procedure will apply. If you would love to adopt Aster, visit justcareanimalrescue.org for an application.
