This group of constellation kitties were originally found in a hoarding home at only a few weeks old. An independent rescuer brought them into her home and has been fostering them, giving them all the love and care they could need. When they came to the lounge, they were a little scared but asked for more pets as soon as we loved on them. We're still getting to know each ones personality, but we are so happy to see them be safe and be given a second chance.

Taffy is an approximately 8 year old orange tabby that was found outside someone's work. She brought him home, but had to keep him in her garage because everyone in her house was allergic! We were able to get him in to our vet where he was treated for an abscess on his chin and back. He was already neutered but with no microchip so we're unsure how he ended up on the streets or how long he was out there. We are very happy to welcome him to The Cat Lounge!

Quimby and his brother Gadget were rescued when they were only 4 weeks old with their mama in Los Angeles. Two of their siblings already found homes, but they were left behind. Tito, along with his siblings, came in to the lounge about 3 years ago after they were born in the house of our rescue partner, who originally saved their very pregnant mama! Our rescue partner helped raised this group until they were big enough to get fixed and find a forever home. Tito was adopted and unfortunately returned. He is still adjusting to the lounge, but we think he will be very sweet once he warms up!

Sophia is a tabbico (tabby mixed with calico!) originally rescued in Tijuana. Sophia is a very special girl. She is incredibly shy so she needs a quiet home with someone who is willing to be patient with her and give her all the time and space she needs to feel comfortable and build trust! Once you have earned her trust, she is incredibly sweet and loves pets as long as her boundaries are respected. She has the sweetest little chirp and will follow you around for attention! She also loves to play, loves catnip, and would do great in a home with other kitties!

Mama Cake was abandoned by her owners when they moved a few months ago. Thankfully their neighbors took notice and started feeding her. They reached out to us for help and we were planning on taking her in, then surprise! She gave birth to her litter on April 28, 2024. We immediately took the family in and they have been in foster care since! Mama Cake is such a sweet girl. She wants nothing but to be with you. She is such a cuddler and will meow her heart out until they love her! She is indifferent with other cats.

California is a 3 month old brown tabby that had been living outside a supporter of The Cat Lounge's home! He was able to scoop her up, as well as the her siblings, and bring them on over. They are a little shy at first, but they can be so sweet if you give them the chance! We are learning more about them as their personality blossoms and are looking forward to finding them a forever home!

Chaca and her 5 siblings are 10 week old cuties that were originally found as strays in a colony in LA. Despite being on the streets, they were far from feral! The incredible woman who was caring for this colony bought them inside to safety and patiently waited for a spot to open at The Cat Lounge. Now with this adorable group with us, we are excited to get to know them and learn more about their individual personalities!

Dumpling is a 10 week old brown tabby! She was being fostered by a kind man that was helping the litter gain confidence. Unfortunately the foster was facing health issues and needed help finding placement. Dumpling loves Churu snacks and playing with toys. She especially loves playing with her sister, Mochi.

This ice cream kitten litter was born on May 8, 2024 by their stray mama who was found in an apartment complex. The finder didn't know she was pregnant when he took her in and to his surprise, she gave birth to 5 adorable kittens. The group was raised with their mama in foster care and enjoyed the indoor life together. Now they are ready to come to the lounge to find their forever home!

This litter of 12 week old House Plants were born to someone's outdoor cat that was never spayed. Had they been left outside, they would have been coyote food in a heart beat. Thankfully a rescue partner that lived in the area brought them inside until a spot opened at The Lounge! The litter grew up in a busy home - kids, dogs, other cats - and had no issue with the hustle and bustle! We are looking forward to getting to know them on a one on one level.

Lexi was rescued from Palmdale with her siblings. She was adopted as a kitten but was returned after three years at no fault of her own. When she was returned she had severe hair loss and was very scared. She has since been diagnosed with allergies by our veterinarian, and her symptoms have been well controlled on medication. She will likely need to be on medication for the extent of her life, as allergies are a life-long condition. Since she has settled in with us, and she is more comfortable, she has shown to be the sweetest most loving girl! She loves to cuddle with her fellow Lounge kitties, yell at you for wet food, and ask for chin scratches and back rubs! When you meet her, you'll notice quite a bit of shorter fur, but it is slowly growing back since we have gotten her allergies under control!

Wasabi is a 7 year old cat that came into our care after her previous owner threatened to euthanize her because they did not want to pay for her medical care. Wasabi is far from spicy - she is one of the most affectionate cats we have seen! She came to us with a superficial mass on her neck that was scratched open. A simple procedure removed the mass and she is back to 100%! She would do great in a home where someone is there to give her all the love she deserves.

Zaya originally came to us after being born to a stray mama then brought inside by a foster who took care of the whole litter as they grew up! She was adopted at 3 months old, but was unfortunately returned 2 months later. Our team spent the last month trying to understand what was going on with her - she was urinating A LOT, was pretty chunky, and wasn't too happy about being touched. We learned that she had a urinary infection that we were able to clear, but unfortunately she does have very early kidney disease from having a chronic infection that was not treated prior to coming in to our care. This may mean Zaya will have a shorter life span, but we have no doubt that she will provide a lot of entertainment to her new home. She has constant resting grumpy face, but she loves her head to be pet. Not as much as a fan of her back. She was also fostered with 6 other cats and loved having their attention!

Stevie Wonder is an approximately 1 year old Siamese that was found as a stray. We were stunned that he had survived because it appeared he had no eyes and was extremely dehydrated and very underweight. He would barely move. Our first goal was to get some meat on his bones before we underwent his neuter. We got to learn a lot about him during this time and saw that he was a sweet boy that just wanted to hang out with you! When we took him in to our veterinarian, she advised us that he had eyes! He was diagnosed with microphthamalmia, a rare condition where a cat is born with very small eyeballs. We did have to remove them, as they were causing discomfort. Post-surgery, Stevie started wandering around more, gaining weight, and showing curiosity for life! Now this blind boy is ready to find his forever home where he wants to be your one and only baby to just hang out all day!

Tzatziki and his 6 Greek siblings were rescued in San Jacinto, California when one of our rescue friends saw a box on the side of the road. He thought he saw something pop up and turned around. We are so thankful he did because in that box were 7 x 5 week old kittens! He scooped them up and brought them home, where he has been fostering them for the last 3 weeks. We are very excited to meet this crew and get to know them on an individual level!
