Sillynoid

Meet Sillynoid! This sweet, smart girl won her battle with parvo and is ready to settle into a loving home. She's super affectionate, and loves anyone she meets like they're her best friend. Sillynoid is wonderful in the home! She sleeps through the night beside her fosters' bed with zero accidents. She is still potty training, but learning exceptionally quickly. Silly is very intelligent - she already knows basic commands like sit, lay down, wait, and free! Her foster believes she has the potential to learn many more tricks and commands! Sillynoid loves to play tug of war and won't deny a good bone to teeth on. She also seems to be a couch potato in the making as she happily lays down to rest and snuggle whenever her foster family does. If you're looking to adopt an easy-going, smart puppy, Sillynoid is the one for you!

Cressida

Cessida is undergoing Parvo treatment through APA! and is expected to make a full recovery. They are not quite out of the woods yet and will need a few more days to complete treatment before leaving the Parvo ward; but that doesn't mean they can't start getting the word out that they need an adopter lined up for when they are ready to leave on 5/31/24! If you would be interested in learning more about me you can email Matchmaker@austinpetsalive.org or come to the shelter and ask to meet them. Please be aware that they absolutely cannot go home until 5/31/24, or until they test negative, but we will be taking 1-2 people's information to be lined up for their adoption.

Grace Benavidas Princess Buttercup

Meet Grace! This girl is ready to be a loyal member of your family and provide you with devoting companionship. Grace is a two year old bundle of love weighing in at 70 pounds. Grace is gentle, shy and sweet as pie! WE love that even though she is a large dog she is doesn't act like it. She is ever so gentle and is not bouncing off the walls with energy. Grace has a nice medium calm energy about her. She's already mastered the art of kennel and potty training, making her an ideal companion for any household. With her leash in hand, Grace is your perfect walking or running buddy, especially on quiet trails and neighborhood walks. Watch this sweet girl https://youtu.be/v6MIGzdyQQk While Grace may still be a tad timid, she's making incredible strides each day. With your love and patience, she'll continue to blossom into the confident pup she's meant to be. Grace has been working diligently to overcome her fears, and with your support, she's unstoppable. Grace is currently fostered in a home with adults that work away from home and does well. She is not destructive in her crate or outside in the home unless you leave her favorite sock lying around! Now, let's talk about Grace's hobbies! This girl has a love for playtime. She's all about frolicking with other friendly dogs, regardless of their size. Grace loves the occasional short car ride, but she's not a fan of long journeys. Motion sickness tends to catch up with her, poor thing. But don't worry; she still appreciates the opportunity to accompany you on your errands, as long as they're not too far. In the few months we've had Grace with us, she's shattered so many of her fears. Each day, she grows more confident and comfortable in her own fur. We're immensely proud of her progress, and we know she'll continue to amaze you with her resilience and spirit. Are you ready to welcome Grace into your heart and home? If you're looking for a loyal girl then Grace is the one for you. Come meet her today and let her charm her way into your life! Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog youve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dogs needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesnt stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan 25% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan Coupons for a fun visit to Petco Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. Danny

Danny loves walks, naps, and snuggling! He lays next to me when I’m working on the computer and sleeps. He’s very calm and just happy to be by your side. He loves all treats, even watermelon! I would describe him as a gentleman. He has excellent manners, loves everyone, and never barks. I have never heard him bark once! I can’t think of a situation Danny wouldn’t do well in. He loves other dogs, has no resource-guarding issues, and has displayed zero signs of separation anxiety. Danny truly is the sweetest, most easy-going boy and would be a great addition to any home that can give him lots of love, and he will certainly reciprocate it! ***For more information about this dog and information on how to apply to adopt, please visit www.ncbr.org*** Adoption Process At a Glance: - Step 1 – Fill out the Adoption Application - Step 2 – Preliminary Screening by Application Team which includes a Landlord check (if applicable) and vet Check - Step 3 – Meeting with appropriate boxer(s) - Step 4 – Home Visit - Step 5 – Adoption Day Adoption Requirements At a Glance. * You must be 21 years of age * You must have a fenced in yard (exceptions can be made for certain dogs) * All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information) * Applicants with young children will be required to answer additional questions * Applicants that rent must provide Landlord contact info.
